Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Manaslu Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. for your use of SkyRT Academy.

1. The service

SkyRT Academy provides practice material and tools for the RTR(A) radiotelephony examination. SkyRT Academy is an independent training platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the DGCA, the Department of Telecommunications or ICAO. Practice content is for training only and must never be used for real flight operations; aerodromes, frequencies and operators in scenarios are fictional.

2. No guarantee of results

Scores, readiness indicators and feedback describe your performance on our material. They are not an assessment by an examiner and do not guarantee any result in the examination. Examination rules, formats, fees and schedules are set by the authorities; check their current publications.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or resell access.
  • You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

4. Plans and payment

  • Paid plans give access to the listed features for a fixed period from the moment the payment is confirmed. They do not renew automatically.
  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; existing access is unaffected.
  • Refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
  • Daily usage allowances, and a platform-wide limit on AI tutor usage, may apply as described on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, scrape, republish or sell our questions, scenarios, explanations or videos;
  • attempt to access other users’ data, bypass access controls or interfere with the service;
  • use automated means to answer tests or generate usage;
  • upload or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, including through support messages and question reports.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where the breach is not serious, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Content and intellectual property

Our content is owned by us or used under licence. Official documents we cite belong to their publishers and are referenced, not reproduced. You keep ownership of anything you write to us, and you let us use question reports and feedback to improve the service.

7. AI tutor

The tutor generates answers from our study notes using an AI model. Answers can be wrong or incomplete; check them against the cited sources. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in tutor questions.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw a paid feature you have bought before your plan ends, we will offer a pro-rated refund.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered office in India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
